Hassle Free Return Policy
If your order qualifies for free returns (see below), click here to print out your return shipping label, then click here to print out the return form.
CostumesLtd.com, part of the ClickToShop network of , has the industry's most convenient 60 day return policy. Most products are eligible for our hassle free return policy and many items qualify for FREE return shipping. There are a few specifics to keep in mind:
- FREE return shipping is available on select items that have the "FREE RETURNS" icon on the product page and that are POSTMARKED WITHIN 15 DAYS of ORDER DATE. Free return shipping applies to orders being returned from addresses within the continental United States using UPS Flexible Returns only.
- Returns postmarked AFTER 15 days from ORDER date or items not eligible for free returns that are returned through the UPS Flexible Returns program will incur a $6 deduction from your return credit for the return shipping cost. You can always send your return through a traceable shipping method to the below address (We cannot be responsible for returns that are shipped without a traceable method and do not arrive at our distribution center).
- Customers who return items after 15 days from order date will receive STORE CREDIT and a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your store credit refund.
- Customers that refuse delivery of an order without authorization are responsible for the return shipping costs (International customers are also responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and brokerage charged to return the order to the United States).
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Sale items and items purchase with coupons do not qualify for FREE returns. All sale and coupon items returned through the UPS Flexible Returns program will incur a $6 deduction from your return credit for return shipping cost.

Refunds and credits are issued within 4 business days of processing of your return and then take 4-5 business days to post back to your payment method.
What can be returned?
- All returned items MUST be in new, unused condition, contain all of the item's parts and its original packaging. If the costume or accessory, its parts, or the original packaging are not in perfect, unused and resalable condition, no credit will be issued. No Exceptions.
The following items are returnable only if they are in their unopened factory sealed packaging
- Undergarments, petticoats, socks, tights and stockings (This includes costumes that have socks, tights or stockings that are in separate packaging inside of the costume. You do not need to remove the stockings to see if a costume fits)
- Artificial hair including: Wigs, beards, mustaches, facial hair, hair accessories, headbands, and hats with attached hair
- Masks, prosthetics, eye lashes, fangs or other fake teeth
- Makeup and makeup kits
- Shoes and boots - All returned footwear must be unmarked (without scuffs), and unused
- Dog costumes
- CD's
- Party supplies
Any of the above items that are returned and not in the un-opened factory sealed packaging will NOT be credited and are not eligible for our free returns program. You will be contacted by e-mail or phone and have 3 business days to pay for shipping back to your address or we will wash (if applicable) and donate the item(s) to charity.
Exchanges
Costume not fit or not what you were looking for?
We do not offer exchanges because we offer FREE returns!
If you need a different costume or size, simply place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) that didn't work out. This ensures you get your new item(s) as soon as possible. As long as your return is postmarked within 15 days or your original order date, the return shipping is FREE. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or may result in your order being canceled.
Shipping Policy:
CostumesLtd.com offers same day shipping on most domestic orders placed before 4:00PM (CST) Monday-Friday.
Same day shipping does not apply to:
- International Orders
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Orders for pre-order or out of stock items
Local Pickup
- Local pick up is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm (excluding holidays) at our location

- UPS Next Day Air: 10:30 AM, Noon, or End of following business day depending on the delivery location*
- From the time of shipment. Business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take an additional day. Note: All orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS and may delay processing and transit time.
When calculating shipping transit time, please remember to start counting the following business day
- ex. Order placed at 5:15PM central Thursday using UPS 2 Day Air will ship on Friday and arrive Tuesday).
- ex. Order placed on Thursday at 5:15 pm Central using UPS Next Day Air Saver will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday by the end of the day
International Orders
International buyers assume all responsibility for any duties, customs, tariffs, brokerage or other fees associated with international shipments. Please check with your local government to determine these fees associated with importing goods. Keep in mind that time spent in customs varies greatly by destination country and we are not responsible for delays in your arrival due to local customs.
Canada
For shipments to Canada, you have the choice of:
- UPS Standard to Canada (3-5 Business Days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
Most Canadian orders are processed within one business day from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays
Duties and Taxes
By placing your order, you understand that you will be required to pay all Canadian duties, and taxes (Canadian GST, HST, PST) and brokerage fees associated with importing. You authorize us to appoint a Canadian customs broker on your behalf to obtain customs clearance for your order and understand that these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Below is a table outlining the UPS Brokerage fee associated with the total order value.

Taxes
Canadian customers are required to pay all applicable GST/HST depending on the Province where the purchase is made. GST/HST is also payable for all Shipping and Handling and/or Return Handling Fees. Any shipments made to Ontario addresses will be assessed the Ontario Resale Sales Tax ("PST") by customs upon crossing the border.
Canadian Returns
Most products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs, duties or brokerage charges billed to ClickToShop LLC. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to or loss of packages shipped using USPS internationally. It is the buyers responsibility to file claims with their local post office in the event of a damaged or lost package. By placing your order, you understand that you will be required to pay all duties, and taxes, and brokerage fees associated with importing. You authorize us to appoint a Canadian customs broker on your behalf to obtain customs clearance for your order and understand that these fees will be due at the time of delivery.
International packages that are refused or returned to sender due to customs duties and taxes nonpayment or incorrect address information are subject to a restocking fee equal to that of the return shipping charges and any import duties ClickToShop pays the carrier to return the merchandise.
