About our system security

ClickToShop LLC has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Personal and financial data are stored by Zoovy behind a firewall in a password protected database. Whenever sensitive information is accessed, it is transmitted using SSL encryption. ClickToShop LLC may keep a copy of your contact and order information, but NOT your financial information, on its own system using Zoovy's secure WebAPI system.

The security of your financial information

When you send your credit card number to us via our order form, the number is encrypted and protected with SSL, the current industry-standard encryption protocol. One way to tell if you are on a secure page is to look at the address or URL of the page. Secure SSL-encrypted pages have URLs that start with https:// instead of http://.

Credit card numbers are not saved in Zoovy's servers. Zoovy employees and ClickToShop LLC employees can only see the card type, the last four digits of card, and the card expiration date. Because of this, you may be asked for your credit card information again on the phone if you're dealing with a customer service issue such as altering your order.
