How do I put items in my shopping cart?


On the product page, there is a large button on the right-hand side below the item title and price that states "+ADD TO CART". Enter the desired quantity of the item in the box next to "Qty:", then click to add to cart button.
Some items have options such as size or color. You will not be able to add an item to your cart until you have selected the option. The option drop-down menu states "Please choose (required)" and appears immediately above the add to cart button. Select the option you desire, then select quantity and add to cart. If you want multiple sizes or colors of the same item, you will have to navigate back to the product pages and choose the option and quantity desired again.

How do I order?


Once you have items in your shopping cart, you are able to check out. If you are not on your shopping cart page, you may click on the shopping cart logo on the top of any page. At this time you may also opt to update the quantities in your cart or delete any items from your cart.
To calculate shipping, enter your zip code in the box where it states "Enter U.S. Zip Code for Updated Total:" then click "Go". Once you have selected your shipping option from the drop-down menu, click on the icon of your preferred payment method. Click "Checkout" to pay with a credit card. You may also pay with Google Checkout, Amazon Payments or Paypal by clicking on their respective icons.

Do I have to create an account in order to checkout?


No. If you are a new customer or returning customer who has not previously registered, select "New/Unregisted Customer" during the checkout process. On the page where it asks for your billing information, simply opt out of the check box for "Create customer account" and proceed with checking out. However, note that by creating a customer account, you will be able to check your order's status online and optionally receive periodic updates via email.

How do I use a Coupon Code?


If you have received a ClickToShop LLC coupon code as part of a promotion or rebate, you may enter it on the shopping cart page. Below the item list in your shopping cart, enter the coupon code into the box where it states "Coupon/Gift Certificate Code:", then click the add button. This will add the coupon code as a line item in your shopping cart and calculates the discount automatically.

Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?


If an item is currently Out of Stock, you can be notified when it is back in stock by signing up for a In Stock notification email on the product page. Click the link where it states "This item is temporarily out of stock. Click here to be notified by email when this product becomes available." Enter your email address. When we enter stock into our system, it will auto-generate an email to you notifying you that the item is available for purchase.
